Your first visit begins with a one-on-one consultation. We’ll listen carefully to your concerns and goals so we can decide together whether chiropractic is the right fit for you.

History & Examination

Next, the doctor performs a complete health history and a thorough physical, orthopedic, and neurological examination to understand exactly what’s happening in your spine and nervous system.

X-Ray Studies

When clinically appropriate, we use on-site digital x-rays to evaluate the structure of your spine. These images allow us to deliver more precise, more effective adjustments.

Same-Day Adjustment

In most cases, you’ll receive your first adjustment during the same visit so you can start feeling better right away.

Home Instructions

We’ll give you simple home-care recommendations — stretches, hydration tips, and ergonomic adjustments — to help your body get the most from each visit.
